I ordered this for my husband and its a small "large". Its too tight on him unfortunately.
I suggest you order a size larger than what you are used to.

Love the shirt & design! From the other reviews I decided to order a size up. I wish I ordered the medium but got a large thinking it was a "small large"... I believe the shirts are true to size.... order what you normally would order.. other than that... great quality shirt.

...if you like Pink Floyd (and pigs)! Just a note that the print might strike you as more faded than you can tell by the picture when you receive your T-shirt. The cotton is soft, yet thick, and the overall quality is there. I am considering getting another one as this one may be going through the wash a little much.
