HOW DO I ORDER?

Ordering Online:

After filling your shopping cart with the desired items, proceed to checkout to select shipping options and securely enter your payment information. Please note that each time you hit the Place Order button, your bank will pre-authorize your card for the total amount of the order.

Ordering by Phone:

To order by phone call 800-435-1697 or (860) 581-8600. Please have your credit card information available and items you would like to purchase ready when calling.

Ordering Online with Mail in payment:

If you prefer, you can create your order online and select "pay off-line" which allows you to mail in your payment. Make checks payable to "MusicBands" and mail to:

COMMON PROBLEMS ORDERING:

These are some of the most common solutions to ordering problems.

  • 1. Call your bank or financial institution to make sure you are entering the exact billing address on your account or the order can't be processed.
  • 2. Make sure you are not using any apostrophes in your contact info (for example: if you're name is O'Reilly, type as OReilly instead).
  • 3. You can call and order by phone at 1-800-435-1697.
  • 4. Order by Mail with Check or Money Order.

HOW DO I PAY AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for all ordering. Checks and money orders can only be sent through the mail. (Please note that payment must be received before any product is shipped out.) We use cutting edge SSL encryption technology to insure that your personal information is completely secure. WHAT IS ADDRESS VERIFICATION AND WHY DO YOU USE IT?

AVS is a tool employed by merchants like ourselves to help eliminate / minimize credit card fraud. When a customer submits a credit card billing address during checkout, this address is automatically compared with the information on file for this credit card with Amex, Discover, MC, or Visa respectively. If this information does not match EXACTLY, we cannot process the order since we are 100% financially responsible if we process an order that turns out to be fraudulent. Most of our customers greatly appreciate our "zero tolerance" approach to credit card fraud.
